Dr Adrian Birkett at our city location has a special interest in implant dentistry. He has a keen interest in both the placement of implants, the restoration of implants, and the use of implants to stabilise removable dentures. Dr Birkett has vast experience in this aspect of dentistry and is often called upon to problem solve complex restorative cases.
At Bayfield Dental we also work with specialist Periodontists and Oral Surgeons in a team approach to provide our patients with the best possible outcomes. If required, we will refer our patients to a specialist to have the implant placed. After a period of time (6-8 weeks) our dentist will provide the restorative phase of the implant treatment.
